Helping you help your family member recover from an eating disorder.

Do you wish there was someone to help you help your family member recover from an eating disorder?

Do you feel blamed for the eating disorder and too frightened and filled with self-doubt that you have become immobilized and insecure with your role in your loved one’s life?

Do you struggle to find encouragement, understanding and support?

Do you feel all semblance of normality has disappeared?

Has your social life has evaporated and are future plans now on hold until your loved one has recovered from the eating disorder?

Do you feel food is dominating all your family relationships, directing what, when and how you eat?

Is the eating disorder impacting everyone in the family, causing you to change the way you eat, talk, live or relate to each other?

Do you feel your anxiety taking over, living on the edge, reacting out of fear and anger?

Do you long to know what to do or not do and, what to say or not say to help recovery?

Do you need to learn more about eating disorders and body image dissatisfaction?

Do you need a safe place to talk about your experience in dealing with the eating disorder illness?

Do you need someone to help you regain your confidence and peace or restore hope?

Do you wonder what you should expect to occur in the recovery journey?

Recovery largely happens in the family relationships. Help and understanding is available.
