Couples Therapy Whether you are dating, preparing for marriage or navigating the challenges of married life, Our approach to couple therapy will help you gain a sense of hope and direction.  We have both completed advanced training in couple therapy at the nationally recognized Gottman Institute.  As a husband and wife team, we have come to believe that working together, couple-to-couple, offers a better balance of male/female energy and perspective. By working as a team, the relationship between therapists and couples takes on a new dimension from what most people in therapy are used to.  Couples may also work with an individual therapist.

Individual Therapy Sometimes you just need an objective voice in your life to help you sort through various hurts and challenges.  We assist individuals with a wide variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, addictions, stress and spirituality.  We recognize the dignity and worth of every person, and we will ask you the kinds of questions that will help you find the solutions you are looking for.

Family Therapy Families relationships are complex and sophisticated even on a good day.  When real problems arise, your family members need helpers who understand the various needs of children, adolescents and adults.  Our approach to family therapy is specially designed to help you discover and deal with the generational aspects, developmental dynamics and the undercurrents that create problems in your family relationships.
